- 1 Pounds Sirloin Steak or Chuck Roast
- 8 Ounces Potatoes
- 2 Large Carrots
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Cup Peas
- ½ Tablespoon Beef Bouillon
- ½ Box S & B Curry
Cut the potatoes and carrots into bite-size pieces. Chop the onion.
Cut the Beef into bite-size chunks.
Add the Beet to a Saute Pan. Cook the beef over medium-high heat.
When the beef is almost done, add the veggies and Bouillon. Cook for about 3 minutes when the veggies start to cook.
Add 3 Cups of water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
Break up the S& B Golden Curry. Add to the Beef mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes or until the curry is nice an thick.
Remove from heat
Enjoy with sticky rice
