- 1 Pound Ground Turkey 99% fat-free
- 6 ounces Frozen Spinach
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 ½ ounces Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a pan, cook the frozen spinach. Let cool.
In a large bowl, mix together turkey, spinach, parmesan cheese, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Make meatballs about the size of a walnut. The meatballs should be sticky.
Add a mozzarella knot (or small chunk of mozzarella cheese) to the center of each meatball and seal the meatball around it.
Place meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet
Place meatballs in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until turkey is completely done. Larger meatballs will take longer to cook.
