Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey 99% fat-free
  • 6 ounces Frozen Spinach
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 ½ ounces Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • In a pan, cook the frozen spinach. Let cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix together turkey, spinach, parmesan cheese, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Make meatballs about the size of a walnut. The meatballs should be sticky.
  • Add a mozzarella knot (or small chunk of mozzarella cheese) to the center of each meatball and seal the meatball around it.
  • Place meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet
  • Place meatballs in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until turkey is completely done. Larger meatballs will take longer to cook.
  • Serve or freeze
