Instructions
Chicken Or Pork
Use leftover chicken breast, rotisserie chicken, or pork loin/chop. The chicken and pork must be cooked. But there is no need to heat up. Cut the Chicken or Pork into strips or small bite-size chunks. Set asideIf using raw chicken breast. Cut the chicken into bite-size chunks. Place in Saucepan. Sprinkle on 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning and 2 teaspoons bouillon. cook until the chicken is done. don't worry about the seasoning that sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Mushrooms
Heat Olive Oil in Sauté Pan.
Add Garlic and Ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add Mushrooms.
Sauté Mushrooms until they start getting soft. Add Soy Sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
Add Sherry and Sesame Oil. Cook over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated.
Chicken Broth and Noodles
Heat chicken broth, water, and chicken bouillon to a boil.Add Noodles to the broth. Cook according to the package instructions. (chicken and pork can be added at this point or wait to add to the top)
Veggies for Top of Soup
Chop green onions, cilantro, and/or Thai peppers
Build Soup
Put Broth and Noodles into bowls
Add Warm Pork or Chicken and Mushrooms to the Soup
Let everyone add the toppings they want to their individual Soups
