- 2 Slices Bread Bread or English Muffins
Bring a pot of water to a fast boil.
Break eggs, one at a time (or if it is easier break the eggs into a small bowl first) and add them to the boiling water.
Set a timer for 3 Minutes.
After one minute swirl the water gently with a slotted spoon. Keep the water boiling gently. I remove the white foam that floats to the top as the eggs cooks.
After 3 MINUTES (yes, 3 minutes!!!), carefully lift eggs from the water with a slotted spoon. Serve immediately, and ENJOY.
