Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey 93% fat-free
  • 2 Cups Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Chop the mushrooms with a knife or use a food processor.
    Meatball
  • Mix together Ground Turkey, Mushrooms, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Onion powder, sea salt, and pepper.
  • Form into meatballs (about the size of walnuts). Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

  • Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

If freezing, let the meatballs cool to room temp. Then put the meatballs into a freezer bag and place them in the freezer
