Divide Turkey/Mushroom mixture into 4 equal patties. (8 ounces each). The Burgers are going to be sticky. Don't worry they will stay together. Add Olive Oil to Frying Pan and heat on High for 30 seconds
Gently place Turkey/Mushroom Burgers in a hot frying pan.
Cook burgers on high for 4 minutes. Turn the heat down on the cooktop to Medium. Continue to cook for 3 additional minutes.
Flip burgers and cook on Medium heat for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the center of the burger meat reaches at least 165°
When Burgers have reached at least 165° turn off heat. Place the Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce on top of each burger.
Cover Pan for two minutes. Check to see if the cheese is melted to the consistency you prefer. (Think Creamy Melty Gooey Yumminess!)
