To prepare Pork, use your preferred seasoning, or simply salt and pepper. Our recommendation is to use leftover Pork Tenderloin, but pork chops or ham can work well too. All variations are tasty! Cut the pork into small bite-sized pieces and keep aside.
2 Cups Pork tenderloin
Clean Shrimp and set aside
1 Pound Shrimp
Before starting the cooking process, it is recommended to gather and measure all the necessary spices beforehand since this dish cooks quickly.
1 teaspoon Coriander, 2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper, 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 1 teaspoon Cumin, ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix together the soy sauce and brown sugar and then set aside.
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar, 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Chop the onion
1 Large Onion
Chop the garlic
2 Cloves Garlic
In a large pan, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it. After that, add onion and garlic and sauté until the onions turn tender, which usually takes around 4 minutes.
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Add the spices (Coriander, crushed red pepper, cayenne, and cumin).
Heat the pan to medium-high and sauté the onions and spices while stirring for about 15 seconds to a minute. This will help blend the flavors together.
To prepare, add cauliflower rice and spices in a pan. Pour a quarter to half a cup of water to prevent the spices from sticking to the pan. Heat the mixture until the rice is evenly coated and warm, which should take around 2 minutes.
4 Cups Rice
Add the cooked pork to the stir fry and continue stirring for approximately 30 seconds to one minute.
Stir in the soy sauce and brown sugar mixture.
Add the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the rice and cook until it turns pink, which should take 5 to 6 minutes.
Beat the eggs and then combine them with the rice mixture.
1 Pound Shrimp
Mix in the eggs with the rice mixture, as they will cook rapidly. That's all it takes!
2 Eggs
Top with some sliced green onions and your preferred peppers on top (if desired).
3 Green Onions, 4 Serrano Peppers
Serve and Enjoy!!!!
