Old Fashion Stuffing/Dressing
Old Fashioned stuffing that is delicious with Turkey, Chicken, or on its own. This is a favorite recipe for Thanksgiving and other holidays!

- 8 Cups Bread Use your favorite bread. We use Rosemary sea salt bread or white bread.
- ¾ Cups Butter
- 3 Ribs Celery
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano Or ½ Tablespoon Dry Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Sage Or ½ Tablespoon Dry Sage
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chicken bouillon
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Eggs
Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees. Cut Bread into bite-size pieces Chop the Onion, Celery, Sage, and Oregano
Melt Butter in large sauté pan
Add onion and celery to butter and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Until the onion is translucent. Add Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Chicken Bouillon, and Sage. Sauté for one minute
Turn off the heat. Stir in bread
Add the Chicken Broth one cup at a time. If needed, add additional broth, ½ cup at a time, until all the bread is moist. (we usually need a total of 2 cups). Stir in the 3 Eggs.
Place the stuffing in a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes until crunchy on top.

NOTE: If stuffing the turkey let the stuffing cool for 30 minutes or so. Until cool to the touch. Stuff the turkey cavity.
Cook the Turkey. Remember it will take 30 to 60 minutes longer to cook the turkey when stuffing it
