Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Place the Roast into the casserole dish.
Mix the spices together - Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Beef Bouillon
Sprinkle the seasoning on all sides of the Beef Roast.
Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite-size chunks.
Pour 2 Cups of water into the dish with the roast and veggies.
Cover the roast and veggies with foil and place them in the preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 3 Hours.
Remove from oven when the roast is done.
We like to serve it family style.

Notes
The Drippings from the Roast can be used to make a gravy or as an Au Jus.
