Original Hummus Recipe
This recipe has so much flavor and is silky smooth. We have cut some of the calories by using less olive oil and Tahini and adding lemon juice and zest.

- 2 Cans Chick Peas
- ¼ Cup Tahini
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
- ½ Zest of Lemon Zest of half a lemon
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ Cup Water
- 1 Habanero Optional
Add all ingredients to a food processor
Mix until all ingredients are chopped finely and the hummus is creamy. Serve with Carrots, naan, or crackers
