- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- ½ Pound Hot Peppers
- ½ Cup Cilantro
- ¼ Cup Basil
- 1 Lemon Juice and Zest
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Zest Lemon. Juice Lemon. Wash peppers and herbs.
Place ALL ingredients in a food processor and blend until preferred consistency.
Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
