Remove shells from shrimp. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove puff pastry from freezer 20 minutes before needed. When the pastry is at room temperature, unfold it and place it on a baking sheet.
Cook the shrimp. Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a saute pan. Add the shrimp. Sprinkle on the salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip the shrimp. Add the juice from ½ a Lemon (about 1 ½ Tablespoons of Lemon juice). Cook the shrimp until they are a nice pink color. Remove from heat.
Spread the pesto over the puff pastry.
Place the cooked shrimp on top of the pesto.
Sprinkle on the feta cheese and the parmesan cheese.
Place the pizza in a preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust has puffed up and browned.
Let the pizza rest for a few minutes before cutting.
