Pork Schnitzel - A flavorful and delicious dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Pork Chop - boneless Or use Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Panko
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablspoons Corn Starch

Instructions

  • Pound the pork to ¼ inch to ½ inch thick. To do so, wrap the pork chop in saran wrap and use a meat tenderizer mallet.

  • Mix together the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle on to the pork cutlet. Set aside.

  • Beat the Egg in a bowl large enough to dip the pork into.

  • Place the Panko onto a plate.

  • Dip the Pork cutlet into the Egg

  • To coat the pork cutlet properly, dip it into the Panko and press it firmly so that it adheres to the meat.

  • NOTE: Once you are done coating, you can cover the pork and refrigerate it until you are ready to cook it.

  • Place the Pork cutlet in the air fryer.
  • Spray the cutlets with cooking spray and cook at 360°F for 10 minutes.

  • Flip the cutlets and cook for 5 more minutes until they are crispy and fully cooked, adjusting the time as needed based on your air fryer.
  • Remove the cutlet from the Air Fryer. Serve the cutlet with pasta or rice.
