- 1 Pound Pork Chop - boneless Or use Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup Panko
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablspoons Corn Starch
Pound the pork to ¼ inch to ½ inch thick. To do so, wrap the pork chop in saran wrap and use a meat tenderizer mallet.
Mix together the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle on to the pork cutlet. Set aside.
Beat the Egg in a bowl large enough to dip the pork into.
Place the Panko onto a plate.
Dip the Pork cutlet into the Egg
To coat the pork cutlet properly, dip it into the Panko and press it firmly so that it adheres to the meat.
NOTE: Once you are done coating, you can cover the pork and refrigerate it until you are ready to cook it.
Place the Pork cutlet in the air fryer.
Spray the cutlets with cooking spray and cook at 360°F for 10 minutes.
Flip the cutlets and cook for 5 more minutes until they are crispy and fully cooked, adjusting the time as needed based on your air fryer.
Remove the cutlet from the Air Fryer. Serve the cutlet with pasta or rice.
Enjoy!!!!!
