Seasoning Mix
- ½ Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- ½ Tablespoon Honey Habanero Optional
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
Chicken
- 1 ½ Pounds Chicken Breast Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
Bake Chicken
Place Chicken in Casserole Dish Pour the Chicken broth in to cover the chicken.
Preheat the Oven to 275 degreesBake for 4 hours. Check after a couple of hours and add additional chicken broth if the broth has cooked away. The majority of the broth will cook away. Let the chicken cook for 10 minutes
Pull the chicken apart with a fork
Serve on Nachos, as a sandwich
