1 Large Cucumber, 1 teaspoon Salt

    1 Large Cucumber
  • Place the drained cucumber in a bowl.
    1 Large Cucumber
  • Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped dill to the cucumber. Mix everything thoroughly, then season with salt and pepper to your desired taste. Start with a small amount of seasoning, around ⅛ teaspoon at first, and gradually add more if necessary, as you cannot remove excess seasoning once it's added. It's always better to start with less and adjust accordingly.
You can just cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
