Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Head of Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt More/Less to taste
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Pepper More/Less to taste
  • ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes More/Less to taste

Instructions

  • Cut off the top of a head of garlic

  • Set the garlic on aluminum foil, large enough to wrap the garlic in the foil
  • Add Olive Oil ( you can use less oil if desired)

  • Season with Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes (don't add the red pepper flakes if you don't like spice)
  • Wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  • Remove garlic from the foil and squeeze out of the garlic paper.
