- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Head of Garlic
- ½ Teaspoon Salt More/Less to taste
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Pepper More/Less to taste
- ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes More/Less to taste
Cut off the top of a head of garlic
Set the garlic on aluminum foil, large enough to wrap the garlic in the foil
Add Olive Oil ( you can use less oil if desired)
Season with Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes (don't add the red pepper flakes if you don't like spice)
Wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Remove garlic from the foil and squeeze out of the garlic paper.
A large head of garlic will be about 2 or 3 Tablespoons of roasted garlic
