Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus has a nice smoky flavor. This flavor comes from the addition of paprika and roasting the pepper on a grill. If you can't smoke a pepper on a grill, smoked red peppers are also available at the grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Red Pepper
  • 1 Can Chick Peas
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Water

Instructions

  • Roast Red Pepper or use a jar of roasted red peppers. Remove and discard the stem, core, and seeds
