Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus has a nice smoky flavor. This flavor comes from the addition of paprika and roasting the pepper on a grill. If you can't smoke a pepper on a grill, smoked red peppers are also available at the grocery store.

- 1 Large Red Pepper
- 1 Can Chick Peas
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Water
Roast Red Pepper or use a jar of roasted red peppers. Remove and discard the stem, core, and seeds
Add all ingredients into a food processor
Mix until all ingredients are chopped finely and the Red Pepper hummus is creamy. Serve with Carrots, naan or crackers
