Cook Sausage
Break up the Sausage with a spoon as it cooks.
While Sausage is cooking - Chop Shallot, Garlic, and Habanero (remember the Habanero is optional. Only add if you want it very spicy).When the sausage is done remove it from the pan. Add Olive oil, Shallots, garlic, and salt to a pan over medium heat
Add the Habanero if including them. (Do this ONLY if you want it spicy)
Cook the Shallots, garlic, and pepper for 2 minutes
Mix the cooked sausage into the Shallots and Garlic. Set aside and let cool
Spread out a sheet of parchment paper on the counter. Spray the parchment paper with some olive oil or butter spray. Roll out the bread dough on the parchment paper
Spread the sausage mixture in the center of the bread. Leave a ½ inch or so on the outside edge of the bread
Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese on top of the sausage
Add the goat cheese crumbled on top of the gouda and sausage
Start to roll the bread over the sausage from one side. Roll to the center
Then roll up the other side
Pinch together the ends and top of the bread to "seal" in the filling
Make cuts on top of the bread
Place the Parchment paper and bread on a cookie sheet
Bake according to the directions on the bread container (about 20 minutes). Slice to serve
