- 1 Large Head of Broccoli
- ½ Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic Sliced
Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-size pieces
1 Large Head of Broccoli
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add ½ Tablespoon of salt. Add the broccoli to the boiling water.

Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes. Strain immediately
Slice garlic into slivers or use a garlic press.
4 Cloves Garlic
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Add the garlic to the olive oil. Cook for 30 seconds to one minute.
Toss the blanched broccoli with garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the salt to taste.
