- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 ½ Cup Pesto
- 8 Ounces Baby Bella mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 6 Ounces White cheddar cheese Shredded
- 2 Cups Cooked chicken breast
- ⅓ Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Red Onion Sliced
Make Pizza Dough or use Store Bought Pizza DoughPreheat oven to 450° or temp according to package. We usually cook our pizza on a cookie sheet. Either works greatCoast the sheet pan with the olive oil. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese on top of the olive oil. Spread the pizza dough over the sheet pan
Slice mushrooms
Heat 2 Tablespoon olive oil in a saute pan. Add the mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms until they start to crisp. Add 1 teaspoon salt
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Grate the NY sharp cheese. Thinly slice the onion.
Spread the pesto over the dough
Add the chicken on top of the pizza
Add the mushrooms to the pizza
Add the sliced onion to the top of the pizza.
Sprinkle the NY Sharp cheese and the parmesan cheese on top of the pizza. Place the sheet pan pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until it is the color you want on top Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut pizza and Enjoy!!!!
