- 6 Jalapeño Peppers
- 5 Tablespoon Whipped Cream cheese
- 2 Ounces Smoked Salmon
- 1 ½ Ounces Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tablespoon Spring Onions Optional
Preheat the Oven to 375 Degrees. Mix together Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Cheddar Cheese
Cut Jalapeño Peppers in half long way and place on a foil-lined cooking sheet.
Put the cream cheese salmon mixture in each Jalapeño half
Place in Oven and Bake for about 10 minutes. Just check them to see when the cream cheese is getting soft and the cheddar is melted. Place on the broiler for a minute to get a little brown on top
