Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine the chopped mushrooms with ground turkey, garlic, oregano, onion powder, and sea salt.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Spaghetti
Place the jar of sauce in the saucepan and stir in the oregano and garlic. Add cooked or frozen meatballs to the sauce and heat. Simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. We usually boil it for a little less than recommended, as it will finish cooking in the sauce. Once it's done, add it to a pan with the sauce and meatballs.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, stir, and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.

Notes
If freezing, let the meatballs cool to room temp. Then put the meatballs into a freezer bag and place them in the freezer
