- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ Tablespoon Roasted Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon (Juice and Zest)
- 4 Green Onions
Grill lettuce, habanero pepper, onions, and lemons
Cut the Lettuce in half lengthwise. Spray the lettuce lightly with Olive oil. Sprinkle the lettuce with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill Lettuce. Grilling time depends on how hot the coals are and the freshness of the lettuce. Once the lettuce starts to char, it's ready to flip. - About 3 minutes, and then flip.
Grill the Habanero Peppers, onions, and lemons
The Lemons will get a nice char. I always flip them to heat up the bottom of the lemons. Only for a couple of minutes.

Mix together the chopped Habanero Pepper, Garlic, Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, and Olive Oil.
