- 8 Ounces Frozen Spinach
- 6 Ounces Canned Artichoke Hearts
- 1 Can Chick Peas
- ½ Cup Tahini
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
- ½ Zest of Lemon Zest of half a lemon
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Add all ingredients into a food processor
Mix until all ingredients are chopped finely and the hummus is creamy. Serve with Carrots, naan or crackers
