Spinach Artichoke Hummus

Spinach artichoke adds a great twist to hummus. If you've had that old stand by spinach artichoke dip you are going to love this fun new spin on hummus.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Frozen Spinach
  • 6 Ounces Canned Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Can Chick Peas
  • ½ Cup Tahini
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
  • ½ Zest of Lemon Zest of half a lemon
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor
    Spinach and Artichoke Hummus
  • Mix until all ingredients are chopped finely and the hummus is creamy. Serve with Carrots, naan or crackers
