Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings for Your Tailgate Feast

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Chicken (Wings, Legs, Chicken Breast)

Sauce

  • ½ Cup Oyster Sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • ½ Cup Dark Cola The diet will work just fine
  • 8 Cloves Garlic Chopped or minced
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Ginger Chopped or minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Chili Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Honey If you don't want it spicy use plain honey
  • Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 Lime Juice of one lime

Instructions

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together
    ½ Cup Oyster Sauce, 6 Tablespoons Ketchup, 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, ½ Cup Dark Cola, 8 Cloves Garlic, 2 ½ Tablespoons Ginger, 2 Tablespoons Garlic Chili Sauce, 2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 2 Tablespoons Hot Honey, ⅓ Cup Chunky Peanut Butter, 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil, 1 Lime
  • To marinate, place the chicken in a zip-lock bag or dish
    3 Pounds Chicken
  • Pour ½ of the sauce over the chicken. Reserve the other unused half in a separate bowl in the refrigerator until ready to serve
  • Massage the bag with the chicken to ensure all the chicken is covered with the marinade.
    Place the chicken in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least one hour. Can marinate overnight.
  • Grill chicken until done or Bake Chicken at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or if using the Air Fryer, cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with the reserved unused sauce and fresh veggies
