Homemade Tartar sauce
- ½ Cup Lite Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickles
- ½ Tablespoon Capers
- ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Dill
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Zest of ¼ Lemon
Chop PicklesMeasure and place in a bowl: sour cream, chopped pickles, capers, Dijon mustard, dry dill, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest Mix together: sour cream, chopped pickles, capers, Dijon mustard, dry dill, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
