Ingredients

Homemade Tartar sauce

  • ½ Cup Lite Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickles
  • ½ Tablespoon Capers
  • ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Dill
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Zest of ¼ Lemon

Instructions

  • Chop Pickles
    Measure and place in a bowl: sour cream, chopped pickles, capers, Dijon mustard, dry dill, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest
