Seasoning for Ribs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
BBQ Sauce
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Mustard Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional only if you want it spicy
Mix together the seasoning. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Place the ribs in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the seasoning on the ribs.
Add ¼ cup of water to the casserole dish.
Cover the dish with foil. Place the ribs in the oven and bake for 2 ½ hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven
If you want to spice up your store-bought BBQ Sauce - Mix together the BBQ sauce and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper). If you don't want to change the sauce, skip this step.
Brush on the BBQ sauce to the county ribs.
Place the ribs back in the oven for 30 minutes.
Enjoy - serve with additional BBQ sauce.
