Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces Frozen Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Habanero Pepper Chopped - Add more/less, depending on how spicy you want the dish.
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 Ounces Swiss Cheese Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Drain the spinach and set the spinach aside.

  • Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan. Add the minced garlic, chopped habanero pepper (if using), and onion powder. Sauté for one minute.

  • Add spinach to the garlic/habanero mixture. Cook for 3 minutes—season with salt and pepper to taste.
