- 12 Ounces Frozen Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Habanero Pepper Chopped - Add more/less, depending on how spicy you want the dish.
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 Ounces Swiss Cheese Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Cook frozen spinach according to package directions. Drain the spinach and set the spinach aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan. Add the minced garlic, chopped habanero pepper (if using), and onion powder. Sauté for one minute.
Add spinach to the garlic/habanero mixture. Cook for 3 minutes—season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add grated Swiss cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted. Take off heat
