Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey 99% fat-free
  • 2 Cups Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop mushrooms with a knife or use a food processor.
  • Mix together Ground Turkey, Mushrooms, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Onion powder, and sea salt.
  • Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
  • Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!

Notes

If freezing, let the meatballs cool to room temp. Then put the meatballs into a freezer bag and place them in the freezer
